The firm was founded by Denis Landsberg who is an international marine and commercial lawyer with wide experience in private practice, with a focus on complex marine and commercial matters, particularly relating to the yachting industry.

Denis is a keen sailor who holds the RYA Yacht Master Offshore qualification. He is a member of the Royal Cape Yacht Club and a past commodore of HHBSC. As a sailor himself, he understands the intricacies of the yachting world and is well placed to advise clients in all legal and formal matters relating to yachting.
